Parental Permission and Medical Release
Each young man attending Stake YM Camp must have a signed "Parental Permission and Medical Release" form on file with the Stake YM Presidency before attending camp. Click on the button below to download the form. Once it has been completed and signed, please give the printed copy to your ward's YM Camp Representative

DownloadAn Aaronic Priesthood Camp is new to Gresham Stake in 2025. We are very excited for the opportunities our stake's young men will have to participate in wholesome activities and have spiritual experiences with other young men members of the Church. We are so excited to spend time with you at camp this year.
